Hey guys! I’m Dana Ward in Beverly Hills for Clevver TV and we’re laying it all out for you about the upcoming new cd from KSM. It’s called Read Between the Lines and it’s set to zone in on the band’s rock and roll flavor. The 5-teen girls have already enjoyed major song play, sporting more than 1-million plays across MySpace music, even before this official Disney Sound album debut.
Some of the tracks on Read Between the Lines include Don’t Rain on my Parade, Crazy Over You, Unpredictable, Distracted and Best Friends Forever. Plus, listeners can enjoy a throwback when KSM rocks a cover of Cheap Trick’s I Want You to Want Me.
The all-female band appropriately names The Go-Go’s as their musical inspiration, and KSM collaborated with writer-producers Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil on the LP.
KSM has already kicked off its US-tour, opening for another ClevverTV’s favorite, Mitchell Musso, plus in the past, the group has opened for Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers and Honor Society. Plus, you can catch the girls in their reality-based series online all about behind-the-scenes in their personal space and performing venues.
Bringing it back to the music, the official release date of KSM’s Read Between the Lines is September 22nd.
